Minor track changes to Jeddah track ahead of F1 Saudi Arabian GP
17th April 2025The Jeddah Corniche Circuit, home to the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, has undergone some minor changes ahead of the upcoming race weekend.

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will complete the first triple header of the Formula 1 season in 2025, following trips to both Japan and Bahrain in the last two weeks.
It is one of the fastest tracks on the calendar, with speeds as high as 250km/h, making it the second-fastest track behind Monza. However, it has the most corners, with 27 in total.
However, it has not entered the 2025 season without change. Unlike Bahrain, last week, the Jeddah circuit has not seen extensive changes but minor ones.
In total, according to the Race Directors’ event notes, the circuit has undergone four changes across the track which are primarily cosmetic surrounding the lines on the circuit.

Like Bahrain, blue lines have been added to the circuit behind the white line at both corner entry and exit.
The entry corners, subjected to this treatment, primarily fixate around the opening and second sectors, which as turns 2, 5, 8, 9, 14 and 17. Similarly, only a few corners will receive the same treatment on corner exits at turns 8, 19 and 23, getting the additional blue line.
Two other changes have been made to the circuit in regards to the white lines on the track. Both the pit entry and exit, and the safety car lines have been highlighted blue.
