Apex Motorsports was created in December 2021, during the climactic final races of the F1 season, which saw Max Verstappen pip Lewis Hamilton to the 2021 world title – in controversial fashion!
Our founder, Kamron Kent, is an NCTJ-accredited Sports Journalist who graduated from the University of Sunderland in the summer of 2021.
Kamron saw a keen interest in motorsports at a young age, but that interest lay dormant for years as he tried to find his footing in the world. It wasn’t until he watched one of F1’s Belgian Grands Prix – No, not THAT one – which reignited his love and interest for motor racing!
