WEC heads to South America this weekend to battle once more around the iconic Brazilian circuit commonly known as Interlagos. It is round five of the eight-event season, marking the start to the second half of the year.

Ferrari remain untouchable having won in France last time out, at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans with Ferrari’s privateer #83 car. They are currently unbeaten as a brand having secured wins in all four rounds so far with their official and privateer cars.

Toyota will be looking to try and end Ferrari’s dominance in 2025 as they look to defend their victory at the Brazilian circuit.

Last time out, their #8 car, driven by Brendon Hartley, Ryo Hirakawa and Sebastien Buemi took victory ahead of the championship-winning Porsche #6, manned by Andre Lotterer, Kevin Estre and Laurens Vanthoor.

Unlike the 24 Hours of Le Mans, last time out, there will only be three free practice sessions to allow the teams and drivers to get used to the track, and fine-tune their set-ups.

So, what are the official timings for the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo?

Hi, I'm Kamron. I created ApexMotorsports.co.uk in the dying embers of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. It allowed me freedom to write whatever I wanted to write about which was all things motorsports, my passion. I have put a lot of effort in over the years to keep this website in its best shape and I've loved seeing the brand grow consistently, month-on-month, year-on-year. My ambition is to keep watching this brand grow into a primary outlet of news for all things motorsports whilst fueling my desire to pursue a career in sports journalism, specialising in motorsports.
