Netflix confirm release date for F1 Drive to Survive
7th February 2025Netflix has confirmed the release date of their brand-new series of Formula 1: Drive to Survive which will be available to watch from March 7.

Netflix’s next highly anticipated season of the F1 series has finally been given a release date which will be March 7, 2025, a week before the F1 2025 season starts in Australia on March 14 – 16.
The new season will give fans a new insight into the fiercely fought 2024 championship where Red Bull’s Max Verstappen took his fourth consecutive drivers title, and McLaren took their first constructors title in the 21st century.
Speaking about the new season’s arrival, Executive Producer, Tom Hutchings said:
“We’re really excited for fans to watch the new season of Drive to Survive. The 2024 season was incredible both on and off the track, with the action well and truly underway before the first race in Bahrain. Expect more drama and fun from the paddock this season and a few surprises too.”
The new season will be expected to capture the drama, not just on the track but off it, with Lewis Hamilton shaking up the driver market at the beginning of the year with his bombshell move to Ferrari for 2025.
On the track, naturally, it will showcase Verstappen’s fourth title victory in a season where he and the team looked to be dominant at the beginning of the season, only to slip down the order.
The once-dominant champions were soon replaced by both McLaren and Ferrari who battled it out for championship glory, with that going to the wire in the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
