Stake F1 Team embraced their new Formula One identity, ahead of 2024, as the team launched their bold livery on the C44.

Following their departure from Alfa Romeo, the team unveiled their new colours on Monday night in a new start for Sauber and Stake. The team continued to embrace their new identity as Stake F1 Team and It officially became the fourth team to showcase its livery for the upcoming season.

Before the unveiling of the F1 car, fans and the media got to see a look at the team’s new colours which consisted of neon green and black. However, it wasn’t long before the C44 was finally unveiled to the world. Aided by the dark presentation, the car was hidden and gated off on stage.

After a brief promotional video, Valtteri Bottas and Guanyu Zhou unveiled the C44 to the F1 world.

From the front, the car takes on a primarily green look as the team looks to do something different from the rest of the field while black, aiding in both weight reduction and the team colour, is spotted around the C44.

In the live presentation, The car has undergone a series of changes from its 2023 counterpart. The car has had new work done on the front suspension with a new pull-rod and the team has gone for a more aggressive aerodynamic package in the center, focusing on the sidepods of the car.

Despite this new approach, Stake F1 Technical Director, James Key, confirmed the car will have new parts for the first race of the season.

All these changes are set in place to help the team bolster their position for the 2024 season, improving on their previous misfortunes of 2023 where they finished ninth in the constructors.

Bottas and Zhou will return for the teams’ driver line-up in 2024, in their third consecutive year for the team.

Next up, in the 2024 F1 car launches will be Alpine where they will unveil their World Endurance and Formula 1 contenders on February 7.

That’s all for the article; Stake F1 embrace new identity with bold 2024 livery!
