After a three-week break, F1 returns with the final European double header of the season, heading to Zandvoort for the Dutch GP first before heading south for the Italian Grand Prix next week.

Last time out, McLaren ended their dominating first half of the season with a victory at the hands of Lando Norris, who led home the team’s 1-2 finish ahead of Oscar Piastri.

The win tightened up the gap between the two teammates who hold a 1-2 position in the driver’s championship, with Piastri heading Norris. But Norris’ win means the Briton moves within nine points of his Australian teammate.

As the sport returns to the track, according to BBC weather, it looks like it will play as a wet weekend for the penultimate race in the Netherlands, following its announcement to come off the calendar after 2026.
