The Austrian GP will start a double header consisting of the Austrian race before they head to the United Kingdom for the British Grand Prix. This will ignite the rest of the European season as they head towards the summer break.
Weather is expected to play a role in this weekend’s event with it being forecast to be dry on Friday and Saturday but wet on Sunday.
As the event is not a sprint weekend, it means the format will remain traditionally the same with three practice sessions across Friday and Saturday, before qualifying on the latter. The race will get underway on Sunday.
In local time, what are the times for the upcoming race event in the Austrian region of Spielberg?
Friday
Free Practice 1 – 1:30pm
Free Practice 2 – 5pm
Saturday
Free Practice 3 – 12:30pm
Qualifying – 4pm
Sunday
Austrian Grand Prix – 3pm

Hi, I’m Kamron. I created ApexMotorsports.co.uk in the dying embers of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. It allowed me freedom to write whatever I wanted to write about which was all things motorsports, my passion.
I have put a lot of effort in over the years to keep this website in its best shape and I’ve loved seeing the brand grow consistently, month-on-month, year-on-year. My ambition is to keep watching this brand grow into a primary outlet of news for all things motorsports whilst fueling my desire to pursue a career in sports journalism, specialising in motorsports.
