The Austrian GP will hold round 11 of the F1 world championship as the sport moves back across the Atlantic to complete its European leg.

Austria will host a double header, which will consist of the grand prix at the Red Bull Ring before moving to the United Kingdom for the British Grand Prix.

According to the BBC, their forecast expects that thunderstorms will roll in through the weekend but will fortunately miss the action. It is expected to hit the region on Thursday’s media day before returning ahead of the race on Sunday.

The rest of the weekend is expected to stay mainly dry. Whilst another thunderstorm is predicted ahead of the race, more rain is forecast at the race start.

Hi, I'm Kamron. I created ApexMotorsports.co.uk in the dying embers of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. It allowed me freedom to write whatever I wanted to write about which was all things motorsports, my passion. I have put a lot of effort in over the years to keep this website in its best shape and I've loved seeing the brand grow consistently, month-on-month, year-on-year. My ambition is to keep watching this brand grow into a primary outlet of news for all things motorsports whilst fueling my desire to pursue a career in sports journalism, specialising in motorsports.
