The British GT Championship has confirmed its entry list for the upcoming 2024 campaign, which will start during the Easter Holiday at Oulton Park, consisting of 36 cars and 72 drivers.

36 cars will contest the 2024 campaign of the British GT championship, of these cars 19 will be in the GT3 class while the remaining 17 will compete as GT4s.

Nine of the 10 competing manufacturers will contest in the GT4 category, including four new car models; the Aston Martin Vantage, Ford Mustang, Ginetta G56 Evo and Lotus Emira.

There is also a GT3-spec Vantage which will compete too.

It is a strong season for the GT3 class which contests one more car than it did in 2023, and the most since 2014. In addition, seven Silver-Am crews will contest the entire campaign.

However, 10 of the 17 entries will compete as Pro-Am crews.

A 37th car, which was previously unannounced, will also run throughout select races in the season with J&S Racing who will compete in the Audi R8 GT3 Evo II.

Sacha Kakad and Hugo Cook are scheduled to compete in four rounds of the season: Silverstone, Spa and both Donington races.

Aston Martin F1 Ambassador Jessica Hawkins is set to feature in British GT this year, in addition to other prominent drivers such as; Raffaele Marciello, Maximilian Goetz, Tom Gamble, Adam Smalley, Ricky Collard, Phil Keen and Alex Buncombe.

Ahead of the British GT Championship season, the organiser, SRO Motorsports Group extended its partnership with Lotus as the official Safety Car for the seven rounds.

Sky Sports F1 will also broadcast the live races at five of the seven rounds of the 2024 championship, alongside SRO’s GT World YouTube broadcasts.

Sky’s coverage will include the Oulton, Silverstone, Snetterton, Donington 2 and Brands Hatch races.
