Rally Finland: full Rally1 entry list ahead of WRC event
27th July 2026The World Rally Championship heads to north this week for the iconic Rally Finland, and there will be 11 Rally1 contenders taking part in the event.

The WRC will remain in Europe this weekend, before jetting across the Atlantic Ocean, with the sport heading to Finland for round 10 of 2026.
It is expected to be a full event with a total of 61 crews expected to take part, consisting of Rally1, Rally2, Rally3 and Rally4 class cars.
Of the 61 contenders, 11 will be made up of the top echelon rally class, with Toyota bringing five cars whilst Hyundai and M-Sport Ford will bring three each.
At the same time, 30 cars will be contested within the WRC2 category, with Gus Greensmith not nominating this round as a point-scoring rally. Additionally, Toyota’s team principal, Jari-Matti Latvala will also be competing in his home event in the Toyota Yaris Rally2.
So, ahead of Rally Finland, who will be competing in the iconic Finnish gravel event?
Entry List
Toyota
Elfyn Evans will continue to head the Toyota squad and will continue to open up the road when the action gets underway on Friday, as the championship leader.
He will be joined by his fellow teammates, Takamoto Katsuta, Sebastien Ogier, Oliver Solberg and the WRC’s most recent maiden winner, in Estonia last time out, Sami Pajari.
Hyundai
The South Korean manufacturer will remain with an unchanged line-up for the upcoming Finnish event, with Esapekka Lappi remaining in charge of the third Hyundai, in his home event.
The Finnish crew will be joined by Hyundai’s regulars Adrien Fourmaux and Thierry Neuville.
M-Sport Ford
Similarly to Hyundai, M-Sport Ford will not change their line-up for this event, compared to Rally Estonia last time out.
Martins Sesks will join M-Sport’s full-time crews, Jon Armstrong and Joshua McErlean.
