Rally Saudi Arabia: the schedule ahead of the WRC finale
25th November 2025The World Rally championship heads to Saudi Arabia for the first time this week for the season finale as the championship draws to a close in the Desert.

After 13 rounds, the championship is closer than ever as Toyota’s Elfyn Evans sits on the cusp of his maiden world rally title. However, he still has two championship-winning teammates to contend with to seal that title.
Eight-time world champion, Sebastien Ogier remains in second place, behind the Welsh championship leader. The Frenchman trails the leading #33 Toyota by three points. Whereas, Kalle Rovanpera rounds out the top three with an outside chance of the championship.
The two-time champion trails Evans by 24 points heading into the season finale.
Ahead of the rally event, the Saudi rally will take an unusual format than the previous events that came before it this year. It is set to start on Wednesday with the event concluding on Saturday.
One stage will line up the opening day on Wednesday, followed by the longest day of the weekend on Thursday, with seven stages. Friday will be one day shorter with six, before Saturday rounds up the final day – and the championship – with only three stages taking the crews up to the end of the 2025 season.
